What is a Swatch Beat...A Brief incomplete history by BEN DAVIS
The Swatch Beat is a new form of universal time measurement. Invented by swatch, the day is devided into 1000 "beats", which are about 1.44 minutes long, and zeroed at midnight in Biel Switzerland(Swatch Headquarters). It is supposed to make making Net Meetings Easier.
